A: All of our items are physically in stock at our business premises in the United Kingdom. We do not believe in making customers wait long delivery times so handle the fulfillment of all orders ourselves. For orders within the United Kingdom all orders are shipped via Royal Mail's special delivery service. For services outside of the UK the shipping method can vary, but will always be tracked.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
A: The shipping times can very depending on your exact location and the products you have purchased. For orders within the UK we aim to deliver within 3-5 days from the point of order. For orders within Europe we aim to deliver within 5-7 days from the point of order. For the rest of the world we usually aim to deliver within 10 days from the point of order. No matter where you are located we will fulfill your order within the United Kingdom and will dispatch within 24 hours. The delivery times from there as stated above are dependent on the postal service. We always send orders tracked so tracking details will be provided.
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has been processed and dispatched (within 24 hours), we will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to track the delivery with the relevant postal service. Alternatively you can use the 'Track Order' page of our website to look up your order's tracking details.
Q: WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
A: For orders placed within the United Kingdom you will not have to pay any import duties or taxes. For all other orders your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for import duties and taxes is around 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Knivz cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package if shipped outside of the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, in very rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: Browse our collections of beautiful hand forged knives, choose products that you love, then click 'Add to Cart' and 'Checkout'. If you have a coupon code you can apply it at the checkout. Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Your hand forged knives will then be on their way to you.
